
Sales Development Specialist

Looking for a driven professional to spearhead new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics. As a result-oriented Tele Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales through telemarketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform outbound calls to establish appointments with potential clients.
- Regularly follow up with leads to confirm appointments and maintain client relationships.
- Identify prospective customers, generate new leads, and successfully convert them into clients.
- Ensure timely updates of client information within our CRM system.
- Develop an extensive understanding of import and export operations from start to finish.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on a regular basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 3 years of sales experience within the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing CargoWise or similar systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related fields is highly preferred.
- Relevant work experience in freight/logistics is necessary.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with collaborative skills.
- Strong time management and adaptability skills are essential.
- Work-from-home setup available for flexibility.
