Job Title: Senior Marketing Designer

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to fill a senior-level marketing designer position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and be able to develop engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms.

This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of brand storytelling, visual communication, and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling marketing materials for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear and creative solutions.
  • Maintain consistency across all visuals by working within established brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team and project managers to meet campaign goals and deadlines.
  • Support ongoing advertising efforts with innovative ideas and creative updates.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency or advertising firm.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with InDesign skills a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Background in sports, athletics, or apparel branding.
  • Familiarity with Meta, Google, and display ad formats and requirements.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
