Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Driven HubSpot Strategist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives on building systems that drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning strategy, automation, and reporting for the entire GTM infrastructure – lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields.

  • Becoming the HubSpot product owner across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs.
  • Architecting and maintaining the entire GTM infrastructure, ensuring seamless integrations with key platforms.
  • Building and optimizing workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts.

This role requires a strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams.

A minimum of 4 years of HubSpot ownership in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment is required.

  • HubSpot Certifications (required).
