Project Coordinator

This role is ideal for an experienced coordinator seeking a challenging opportunity to oversee projects from inception to delivery.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EDT, with regular breaks. This position involves coordinating projects, utilizing project management tools, and collaborating with team members to define project objectives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope.
  • Utilize a project management platform to create and manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes using Loom and Google Suite.
  • Collaborate with team members to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members using Otter.ai.
  • Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office Suite or Google Suite.
  • Conduct data entry, file management, and document organization tasks.
Requirements
  • Maintain relationships with medical publishers and conference organizers.
  • Organize medical meetings, interacting with sponsors, doctors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate clinical trials for pharma companies, involving patient engagement and medical doctor interactions.
  • Requires understanding of medical terminology and exposure to the medical field.
