Software Developer Position

We are seeking a talented software developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality software using Golang.

The role entails designing and implementing well-tested and documented software in Go, debugging and fixing issues encountered by users, participating in code and architectural reviews, collaborating with colleagues on technical specifications, and seeking improvements to engineering practices. In some cases, deploy and operate services developed by the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive personal experience with Linux, excellent academic track records from high school and university, undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, drive and motivation to go above expectations, and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and writing high-quality Golang software on Linux, experience with and passion for Linux at the system level, and professional written and spoken English.

Additional desirable skills include experience developing for Ubuntu Linux, familiarity with Juju, LXD, Microk8s, Snapd, Ubuntu Core, and Ubuntu Pro.
