Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of IT Procurement Specialist.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM to 04:00 PM)

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as experience in technology procurement or sourcing support roles.

Key qualifications include:

  • Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and systems
  • Familiarity with Technology supplier categories (Hardware, Cloud, Software, Services, Telecommunications)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Basic financial acumen and data analysis capabilities
  • Team player with a willingness to learn
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Able to work under supervision as well as independently
  • Resilient and adaptable
  • Professional and enthusiastic attitude

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating supplier proposals and preparing recommendation reports
  • Supporting requirements gathering from technology stakeholders
  • Coordinating and managing communications with suppliers
  • Assisting in contract negotiation support and documentation
  • Helping develop and maintain category plans that align with our technology roadmap
  • Providing data analysis and reporting to track savings and benefits
  • Contributing to market research and supplier benchmarking
  • Supporting process improvements and template enhancements
