The role of a Virtual Assistant in the real estate industry is to provide administrative support to a top-producing Realtor. This includes managing social media presence, running reports, and assisting with paid advertisements on platforms such as Facebook and Google.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Brand Consistency - Across social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
- Running Reports and Advertisements - On Facebook and Google, analyzing data to optimize campaigns.
- Creativity and Communication - Creating and sending monthly newsletters, drip campaigns, and website updates to nurture leads.
- Lead Management - Organizing and managing leads, updating and cleaning contact data for future opportunities.
- Skip Tracing and Validation - Verifying information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Nurturing Leads - Via SMS, email, and follow-up, building relationships with potential clients.
- Daily Reports - Sending daily end-of-day reports to keep stakeholders informed.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a Realtor, particularly one from Keller Williams. They should be strong in social media and CRM tools, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
