Performance Marketing Assistant Role

The Performance Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting paid media campaigns and optimizing performance as part of a collaborative marketing team. This individual will be responsible for setting up and monitoring paid campaigns to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain accurate campaign tracking, ensuring seamless data analysis and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upload creative assets, ad copy, and track changes to stay on top of campaign progress.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance daily to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign performance reports to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Support the analysis of trends and opportunities to drive business growth through targeted strategies.
  • Maintain organized trackers and campaign documentation to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Conduct research on keyword, audience, and competitive landscapes to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to apply best practices to our campaigns.
  • Assist in testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of digital marketing principles to drive campaign success.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to analyze campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to streamline campaign setup and optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
