Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Optimization Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless user experience of our online platforms. Your primary objective will be to analyze and optimize website performance, making it faster, more efficient, and better aligned with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Core Web Vitals, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture. Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular will be an asset.

Your expertise in data-driven decision-making, analytical skills, and strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive results-oriented projects, and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and improve website performance, focusing on LCP, FID, and CLS metrics
  • Optimize site assets, including images, fonts, and scripts, for faster loading times
  • Minimize render-blocking resources and implement advanced performance enhancements, such as lazy loading, caching, and CDNs
  • Implement and maintain structured data, canonical tags, hreflang, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps
  • Conduct thorough technical SEO audits using industry-standard tools
  • Troubleshoot crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, and technical site bugs
  • Collaborate with developers to implement SEO-friendly technical changes
  • Analyze technical SEO performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience (10+ years preferred)
  • Proven expertise in Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture
  • Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
