This role requires you to have expertise in Core Web Vitals and performance optimization, as well as a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.

You should be familiar with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. and have experience working with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).

The ideal candidate will be able to audit and improve Core Web Vitals: LCP, FID, and CLS, optimize site assets such as images, fonts, and scripts for faster loading, minimize render-blocking resources, and implement advanced performance enhancements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing JavaScript for SEO using dynamic rendering, server-side rendering, and pre-rendering techniques, identifying and resolving JavaScript-related crawling and indexing issues, and working with developers to implement SEO-friendly technical changes.

The successful candidate will also conduct full technical SEO audits, troubleshoot crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, and technical site bugs, collaborate with content and development teams to align on SEO best practices, and analyze technical SEO performance.

Apart from these responsibilities, you will keep up to date with Google's algorithm changes, assist with code-level performance tuning, and communicate SEO reports and insights with clarity and precision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience (10+ years preferred)

Skills:

  • Expertise in Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Language: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
