Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional and friendly communication.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and provide swift support solutions.
- Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills, have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, and be able to work independently while handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
