We are seeking a results-driven Country Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire security and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed annual sales targets for the Detection & Alarm line of business.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, customers, and system integrators to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal product management teams to identify market opportunities and develop plans to maximize sales penetration.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategies and improve competitiveness.
- Plan and execute A&P activities to promote products and services to target audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in fire security sales or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of local markets and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
