Country Product Manager

Are you passionate about driving business performance and making an impact in the tech industry? ASUS is seeking a Country Product Manager who will play a key role in shaping our brand's market presence, executing strategic plans, and ensuring sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Lead initiatives to boost ASUS's market performance by identifying new opportunities based on market analysis and competitor research.
  2. Sales & Inventory Management: Oversee weekly sales tracking, run-rate analysis, and promotional strategies to meet targets.
  3. Collaborate with Global HQ: Align product planning with global goals, manage forecasts, and collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product teams.
  4. Partner with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective business cases, strengthen ASUS's brand presence, and ensure impactful merchandising and messaging.
  5. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
  6. Cross-Functional Coordination: Address challenges across departments to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.
  7. Uphold Commitment: Maintain excellent attendance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  8. Additional Tasks: Take on various other responsibilities as required to support the business.

What You Bring:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within electronics or peripherals.
  3. Expertise in Product Management, Sales Planning, and Marketing.
  4. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. A strong sense of responsibility, goal-driven, and proactive.
  7. Willing to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
