Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, preferably complemented by a Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in leading business process improvement initiatives at a managerial or leadership level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of relevant Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
  • 8+ years of experience in business process improvement or related roles.
