Delivery Excellence Lead

This role oversees various initiatives aimed at enhancing performance, driving innovation and transformation within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in coaching, collaboration, and partnerships, with exceptional communication skills to drive change across all levels of the organization.

  • Key responsibilities include facilitating improvement discussions, supporting business owners in improving performance and quality of work through collaboration and analysis.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for building and delivering operational/delivery excellence training, coaching on Total Quality Management principles, and assisting in the creation, monitoring, measurement, and analysis of standardized processes.
  • They will also support the development and implementation of a formal management review of KPI results and/or balanced scorecards, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles.
Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management is desirable but not required.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt is a must-have.
  • Relevant experience in RPA, AI, or Transformation is highly valued.
  • English communication skills are essential.
