Job Opportunity

As a technical leader, you will play a key role in driving the success of our software engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of high-quality software products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, including experience in leading and managing teams, as well as expertise in full-stack development, modern architectures, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with scrum masters, project managers, and other stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and desktop applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight of software development processes, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and quality standards.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages, including Java, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience with full-stack development, modern architectures, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record in managing software projects, leading teams, and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Version control (Git) and testing frameworks.
