Electrical Design Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead our remote design team. This critical operations role oversees a group of designers supporting sales and operations teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design process to ensure timely delivery of accurate designs
  • Manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet or exceed industry standards
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and project constraints
  • Develop and implement design workflows to support sales cycles and project timelines
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of electrical design management experience in a similar field
  • Strong technical background in electrical systems design and technology integration
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams and maintain consistent quality standards
  • Experience with AutoCAD and specialized electrical design software
  • Understanding of electrical load calculations, power distribution, and control systems
