Customer Support Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will provide outstanding support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. They must also have the ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and timely manner
  • Listen, understand customer needs, and resolve any concerns
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete tasks and provide accurate solutions
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal data
  • Escalate customer concerns with the managerial team when necessary
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on changes to processes and systems
  • Meet attendance and work schedule requirements
  • Perform other essential duties related to the position as needed
