The RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and market research.
  • Generate new business by meeting potential clients and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS.
Ideal Candidate ProfileRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of call center experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A personal computer, Microsoft Office suite, phone and reliable internet service.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
