Customer Service Representative

Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our customers.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Assisting with order processing and fulfillment
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
