About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Business Partner to join our team at FinStrat Management.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide exceptional support to our senior leadership team and contribute to driving key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic support and guidance
  • Analyze and synthesize complex information to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize organizational efficiency
  • Manage complex calendaring and prioritize executive time effectively
  • Coordinate high-stakes meetings and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure accountability for deliverables
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration
  • Represent the executive in key meetings and follow up on action items, ensuring seamless execution
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement strategies and protocols, enhancing the executive's visibility and influence
  • Coordinate travel logistics and complex scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Manage confidential information and sensitive communications, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Oversee administrative processes, including expenses and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and precision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes
  • Excellence in prioritization and project management, with a focus on delivering results under pressure
  • Proficiency in modern business technologies and tools, with a willingness to adapt and learn
  • A self-starter who can operate independently and manage multiple tasks, with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy
