Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality results.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and expenses, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Analyse project performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in IT project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
  • Jira/Atlassian administration experience.
  • Scripting/automation skills (Groovy, Jira Automation, REST API).
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, SLAs, queues).
Working Arrangements:
  • Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
