Project Coordinator Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and support the management of various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing open files, converting them into structured projects, and identifying key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated experience in project management, office administration, or operations, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines. Training on legal-specific workflows will be provided.

Bonus attributes include familiarity with legal terminology or document workflows, experience working with solo practitioners or small teams, and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
