Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized project coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for assisting clients with their project's production process, acting as a bridge between clients and the production team, and ensuring projects remain within scope.

The project coordinator will also be responsible for keeping project timelines within the approved schedule, adding value to clients through top-tier customer service, and developing creative solutions for clients and their website.

Additionally, the project coordinator will create an environment cultivating a high level of customer service, excellence, and performance for the team, report department performance on a weekly basis, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

  • Assist clients with their project's production process.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the production team.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope.
  • Keep project timelines within the approved schedule.
  • Add value to clients through top-tier customer service.
  • Develop creative solutions for clients and their website.
  • Create an environment cultivating a high level of customer service, excellence, and performance for the team.
  • Report department performance on a weekly basis.

Requirements:
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Background in customer support with at least 1 year experience servicing customers.
  • Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Goal-driven and detail-oriented.
