We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare recruitment expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding healthcare professionals for various US-based facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a seamless recruitment and onboarding process that ensures a smooth transition for candidates and clients alike.

  • Expand candidate pipelines and networks through targeted marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and development.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases to ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes with existing business systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
