Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and hiring talented individuals to fill various healthcare roles.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles. They should be confident on the phone, great at follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates.

The successful candidate will also be proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once. They should have knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks. They should communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken).

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via video conferencing tools
  • Utilizing platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
  • Ocassionally assisting in recruiting for administrative roles when needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Confidence on the phone, great at follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates
  • Proactivity, self-management, and ability to juggle multiple roles at once
  • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
