Job Overview

In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process from identifying suitable candidates to managing client interactions, finalizing placements, and collecting feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and screening healthcare providers for client sites adhering to established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinating and managing schedules for clients and healthcare providers ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Maintaining valid credentials of healthcare providers working with us.
  • Fostering and maintaining positive professional relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
  • Remaining accessible by phone and text outside regular working hours to handle urgent matters.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Prior recruiting experience preferred; transferable skills considered.
  • Highly organized leadership abilities to enhance interdepartmental organization and communication.
  • Capability to handle urgent matters and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases.
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing and regulations (desired).
