Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer questions over the phone and communicate clearly and effectively in writing.
  • Diagnose and solve the customers' problems via phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and manager to achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written communication.
  • Personal integrity and conscientiousness.
  • Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals.
  • Team player.
  • Continuous learner.
  • Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, and so on).
  • Have your own laptop.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to grow with the company.

  • International clients with high standards of excellence.
