This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage PW RM Teams, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets and deliver outstanding results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with PW clients, providing tailored advice and guidance to meet their evolving needs.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team and individual performance.

About the Role:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage PW Relationship Managers, CSOs, and MAs
  • Manage PW clients / Assist RMs in managing PW clients: Ensure adherence to account agreements, investment guidelines, special instructions, internal policies, and procedures. Receive notices, instructions, communications, and supporting documents related to account investments and administrative requirements, and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure timely and correct execution.
  • Relay client instructions, such as contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and execution of trades. Undertake periodic visits to high net-worth individuals to maintain, build, and strengthen relationships.
  • Review client portfolios periodically. Provide investment advice and recommendations.
  • Address and resolve client concerns and inquiries.
  • Act as an alternate officer in the absence of other PW Relationship Manager.
  • Attend/Conduct training to improve knowledge, expertise, and skills relevant to work requirements.
