Project Manager for Solution Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead project management functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the project management lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by being the main point of contact and go-to person.
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally to oversee and supervise project planning and delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provision development and deployment activities.
  • Track progress, maintain quality, and ensure baseline scope, time, cost, and requirements are met.
  • Ensure smooth operation of services and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, participating companies, bus operators, and partners.
  • Streamline project management practices and improve efficiency of project rollout and Business-As-Usual projects.
  • Implement process improvements, analytics, and measurable KPIs to enhance customer service and operations.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Able to build strong processes and manage autonomy.
  • Team player with ability to pick up slack and ensure smooth operations.
  • Fast learner with technological savvy and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
  • Cool-headed and patient with ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Passionate about customer success and able to navigate tricky situations.
  • Ability to prioritize, be responsible, and hands-on in both operation and customer-facing aspects.
  • Quickly able to judge when escalations are required and decisive to solve issues independently.
