  • Contribute to practice operations, resource planning, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT or consulting, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong client-facing and pre-sales skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, CSM).
  • ServiceNow certifications are an asset.
