SAP Solution Architect Manager

In this role, you will be a strategic leader, directing a team to design and architect sophisticated SAP solutions for our clients. You will play a pivotal part in the sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our proposals are not only technically sound but also compelling and aligned with client business value.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing the solution planning, costing, and pricing for SAP engagements.
  • Providing hands-on leadership and technical mentorship to a team of solution architects.
  • Serving as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for SAP solutions and a key contributor to strategic decisions.
  • Developing innovative, deliverable solutions that directly address client requirements and support their business cases.
  • Ensuring the smooth transition of a solution from the pre-sales phase to the project delivery team.
  • Engaging with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels to communicate solution benefits, risks, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    At least 8-12 years of relevant experience, with a focus on solution planning, costing, and pricing.
  • Required:
    5+ years of direct managerial experience.
  • Strong Understanding:
    Deep knowledge of SAP solution architecture, pricing models, and project management principles.
  • Abilities:
    Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
