Job Description:

We are seeking a Sourcing and Logistics Expert to oversee domestic transfers, linehaul transactions, and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of warehousing, e-commerce operations, and domestic trucking.

Responsibilities:

  • Mid-mile coordination: Oversee the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Inventory management: Plan and monitor packaging inventory to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
  • Reverse logistics: Lead liquidation initiatives for returned or excess goods, maximizing recovery value.
  • Exploratory sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across multiple categories to meet operational requirements.
  • Vendor relationship management: Maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align sourcing and logistics activities with business needs.
  • Data-driven decisions: Use data analytics to track performance and support operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Knowledgeable in supply chain management, logistics, and e-commerce operations.
  • Strong vendor network and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in data analytics and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
