Role PurposeThis role is responsible for retaining and developing high-potential commercial-mid-market, enterprise, and strategic accounts.
You will drive the continued retention and growth of partnerships passed on from either the Account Implementation team or the Account Executive team.
Key Job Responsibilities- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to partners.
- Onboard partners transitioning from a newly launched status.
- Research clients' companies to stay updated on rebranding, organization changes, overall print needs, seasonality, etc.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy.
- Effectively handle escalations and difficult conversations independently.
- 3-5 years of Account Management experience or equivalent.
- Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce or any related CRM tool.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment desirable.
- Customer-facing experience (sales, retail) required.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically over phone and email.
