Job Opportunity: Contract Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Professional to join our team. As a key member of our contract management department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract relevant data from client databases to prepare contract summaries for approval and ensure accuracy by verifying information entered by procurement representatives.
  • Timely submit contract summaries for approval and act as liaison between Procurement Department members and third-party vendors/suppliers to ensure proper contract execution.
  • Ascertaining that terms and conditions of contracts are correctly reflected in client databases.
  • Leading special projects such as contract audits and database remediation efforts.
  • Tracking and reporting contract status during execution phase and post-execution.

  • Above average to excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work on graveyard shifts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in contract management or handling legal documents preferred.
