Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our company's cash inflows and maintain healthy relationships with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments, monitoring aged debt reports, and resolving outstanding invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process incoming payments from clients and verify accuracy
  2. Generate and review aged debt reports to identify overdue payments
  3. Resolve outstanding invoices by contacting clients via phone or email
  4. Negotiate payment commitments and follow up to ensure timely payments
  5. Perform credit checks on new clients and update credit limits accordingly
  6. Liaise with the finance team to resolve any payment discrepancies
  7. Monitor and report on collection progress to senior management
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or credit control
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to handle phone conversations effectively
