Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Cash Collections Specialist to join our global team. This role is responsible for working in a fast-paced environment to efficiently collect cash from customers, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive relationships.

As a Cash Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume multi-currency ledger, developing and maintaining customer relationships, querying handling and investigation, and cash allocation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolutions of queries and efficient OTC flow, while also ensuring all document processes are followed and DOA's approvals adhered to at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years proven track record of successful cash collecting in a busy global AR team
  • Tenacious and professionally assertive
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on exposure to accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines with follow-through and minimal supervision
  • Self-starter and proactive thinker
