Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our cash flow operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  • This includes invoicing clients, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Additionally, the Cash Flow Coordinator will monitor aging reports, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting in month-end closing activities is also a key responsibility.
  • The ideal candidate will provide regular financial reports related to cash flow status and forecasts.
  • Lastly, they will ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cash management and accounting roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
