Job Title: Onboarding Professional

This role involves overseeing the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring a seamless transition into our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client data, coordinating with internal teams, and implementing processes to optimize the onboarding experience.

  • Tight monitoring of workflows across all regions to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Email request management and prioritization according to SLA.
  • Client onboarding: End-to-end customer profile setup across markets systems.
  • Bulk request management: Negotiating ETA and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Escalation management: Quick and responsive approach to resolve issues promptly.
