Job Overview

The Onboarding Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily activities of Markets Client Data Team, ensuring seamless operations and timely market/regulatory setups.

This position requires strong communication skills to work effectively with Front Office, RMs, Compliance, and other enablement function teams, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Management: Monitor and manage workflows across regions, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Email Request Monitoring: Regularly review email requests, prioritize urgent tasks, and maintain zero outstanding requests at EOD.
  • Bulk Request Management: Negotiate ETA for bulk projects and ensure timely completion without SLA breaches.
  • Escalation Response: Respond promptly to escalations, following hierarchy protocols and communicating with relevant management.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in financial services operations, regulatory compliance, or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services operations, markets products, and their lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and workflow tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
