Job Overview

This is a remote work position with flexible hours.

You will be responsible for conducting concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements.

Night Shift hours. Monday-Friday, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Do you have more than 1 year of experience making outbound calls - including appointment setting?
Do you have reliable internet, good computer specs, and a quiet environment to make high-quality calls?
Are you a responsible person that can be trusted to work remotely?
Can you handle night shift hours?
Are you someone with a great attitude with a proven history of hitting KPIs?

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Comprehend how we do things with clients and ensure they're getting their money's worth.
  • Conduct basic provider data research efficiently.
  • Engage in phone conversations with clients as an executive assistant, striking a balance between casual and professional tones.
  • Take notes on conversations with clients in a clear and accurate manner.
  • Adapt to changing situations at work while delivering results.
  • Maintain focus and productivity on task deadlines.
  • Succeed in implementing new ideas.
  • Manage personal productivity and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

A Customer Service Agent Profile is preferred.
At least 1-year BPO experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment
Attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools are essential.
Multitasking and outside-the-box thinking abilities are necessary.
The candidate must meet system requirements mandated by the project.
