Job Summary

This is a remote work position with our consumer services team. You will be conducting concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements.

Night Shift hours. Monday-Friday,

We are looking for an individual with more than 1 year of experience making outbound calls - including appointment setting. This person should also have reliable internet, good computer specs, and a quiet environment to make high-quality calls.

We value responsible individuals who can work remotely and handle night shift hours. A great attitude and proven history of hitting KPIs are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Understand how we do things with clients and ensure they're getting their money's worth.
  2. Conduct basic provider data research.
  3. Engage in phone conversations with clients in the capacity of an executive assistant, maintaining a balance between casual and professional tones.
  4. Record discussions with clients in a clear and accurate manner.
  5. Be flexible when things change at work, and still achieve results.
  6. Stay focused on meeting deadlines.
  7. Drive success in initiating and executing new ideas.
  8. Manage personal productivity and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:

Proficient to advanced written and verbal communication skills are required. BPO Customer Service Agent Profile is preferred. We seek individuals with at least 1-year BPO experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment. Keen attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools are essential. Multitasking and thinking outside the box are must-haves. Our system requirements are as mandated by the project.
