Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns through active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on potential clients.
Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of call center experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A reliable computer, Microsoft Office suite, telephone, and internet connection are required.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer software are necessary.
  • Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
