Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns through active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of call center experience.
