Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with strong theoretical knowledge of software testing principles and excellent critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate should be a highly adaptable professional able to independently analyze requirements, ask the right questions, and collaborate with our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop well-reasoned and business-aware test strategies that consider product risks and customer needs.
  • Apply a risk-based approach to testing and prioritize test coverage logically and consistently.

Technical Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of QA methodologies, test types, and test design techniques.
  • Ability to self-organize, think critically, and prioritize testing efforts based on risk and user impact.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, issue trackers, and test case management tools.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with test automation and scripting for API/UI testing.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools.
  • Exposure to cloud environments and testing in distributed systems.
  • Experience with simulators/emulators is a plus.
