Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of software developers in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical leader to shape the future of our products and services.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
  • They will be responsible for defining and implementing engineering strategies, as well as developing and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a remote team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, including product managers, architects, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow professionally and personally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in Python and Golang.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
