Technical Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Excellence Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions across multiple countries and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Core Competencies:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in cloud-based technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:
  • Experience with JavaScript tech stack (Node, NestJS, React, Vue).
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS).
