About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team of accountants in delivering exceptional services to Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert accounting and tax advice to SME clients
  • Liaise with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients
  • Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS)
  • Prepare and submit tax returns
  • Supervise remote bookkeeping clients
  • Advise on various accounting and taxation matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients
  • Proven track record in team management, hiring, training, and nurturing ambitious accountants
  • Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients with diverse needs
  • Excellent communication and delivery organisation skills
