We are seeking a highly motivated and personable appointment setter to support our sales team in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
- Contact Center Expertise: Engage potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to build strong relationships.
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments through effective questioning techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Accurately inform callers about products or services, ensuring prompt assistance and exceeding customer expectations.
- Scheduling Coordinations: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers with minimal disruption.
- Lead Evaluation: Assess and qualify leads for a smooth transition to the sales team by applying critical thinking skills.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system, optimizing business processes.
- Follow-Up Procedures: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on call activities, appointment outcomes, and obstacles encountered during the process, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
