Service Delivery Specialist

This is a key role in our service operations, responsible for ensuring seamless customer experience.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Review customer purchase orders and validate key information such as products, accounts, and payment conditions.
- Manage service contracts and bookings in our ERP system, ensuring accurate invoicing and margin capture.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Support customer success managers with administrative activities and provide reporting insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the IT industry, data centers, electrical distribution, and/or cooling systems.
