Job Title: Operations DirectorDescription:

The Operations Director is a key leadership role overseeing Client Partnership Managers and ensuring delivery of high-quality service across all client interactions. This involves leading strategic initiatives within the operations department, focusing on enhancing service delivery, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

This includes providing leadership and direction to Client Partnership Managers, aligning with strategic objectives and service standards. The role also oversees quality and compliance within the operations department, ensuring client interactions meet high standards.

Additionally, the Operations Director develops and implements strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery; monitors effectiveness and adjusts as necessary. They also oversee client relationships, ensure high satisfaction and retention; act as senior escalation point for complex issues; assess partnership health and address issues proactively.

The Operations Director will be responsible for about 10 Client Partnership Managers and work closely with other departments to achieve business goals.
